Rosewood Homes Opens Golf Villas Neighborhood in Estrella
Estrella recently celebrated the grand opening of its newest neighborhood, Golf Villas by Rosewood Homes. The gated neighborhood features four floor plans with both single and two-story options, ranging from 1,886 to 2,911 square feet. Offering only 61 homes tucked along The Golf Club of Estrella, the unique neighborhood was designed in a manner where homes are never placed back-to-back or directly across the street from another home, enhancing each homeowner’s privacy and maintaining the spectacular mountain views.
“As the managing developer of Estrella, we strive to provide potential residents with a wide variety of home options and carefully selected portfolio of builders, and we are proud to welcome Rosewood Homes back to Estrella,” said William Olson, Senior Vice President and Division Manager for Newland Communities. “The thoughtful design and detailed homes in the Golf Villas neighborhood are an excellent addition to the community.”
Each home in Rosewood’s Golf Villas will include generous standard features such as 10-foot ceilings, upgraded LED lighting, granite countertops, and optional disappearing walls of glass to enhance the indoor/outdoor living aspect of the homes. As part of Rosewood’s Signature Construction program, every home is constructed and independently tested for construction quality and sustainability with each home being 40 percent more energy efficient than current building code requirements, and 60 to 70 percent more efficient than most pre-owned homes.
A perfect match with Estrella’s active, outdoor lifestyle, the Rosewood Golf Villas neighborhood was designed to feature a generous amount of open space, including an activity lawn and exercise garden. In addition to the golf course, Estrella boasts 72 acres of lakes, more than 40 miles of paths and trails, and two residents clubs. The community features a variety of distinctive neighborhoods from nearly a dozen homebuilders. For more information, call or visit the New Home Information Center at 623-386-1000.
