Cerreta Candy Company Factory Tour

Start your day off with a sugar rush at Cerreta Candy Company. Located in Glendale, Cerreta Candy Company creates a fun and lively atmosphere where guests can get a behind-the-scenes look at the magic of candy production. Take a guided tour to learn how chocolates get their delicious filling and how caramels get their colorful wrapping. Cap off your visit by making your own chocolate pizza or decorating a chocolate teddy bear. With endless barks, brittles, toffee, chocolate bars, and sugar-free options, Cerreta Candy Company has something to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth. The factory offers two 30 minute guided tours Monday through Friday, with a morning tour at 10 am and an afternoon tour at 1 pm.

Dust off your cowboy hat and boots, it’s time to take a visit to the legendary mining town of Tombstone. Known for its Wild West past, Tombstone allows visitors to walk in the famous footsteps of Wyatt Earp, Doc Holiday, and the Clanton Brothers. Then experience historic hotspots such as the Tombstone Courthouse, Birdcage Theatre, and site of the infamous Gunfight at the O.K. Corral. Come aboard the Verde Canyon Railroad to experience a four-hour, uninterrupted journey through Arizona’s beautiful natural landscape. With first-class seating, the Verde Canyon Railroad allows guests to relax and enjoy the area’s towering red rocks, steep ravines, beautiful canyons, and exquisite wildlife, all while indulging in complimentary appetizers and beverages. Guests can also stop by the Verde Canyon Railroad Depot, located just outside of Sedona, to learn more about the railroad’s history, grab a bite to eat at the Copper Spike Café, and shop at the Boxcar Gift Store.

The Tenth Annual Arizona Balloon Classic

One of Arizona’s most spectacular outdoor sights, the Arizona Balloon Classic attracts spectators from across the state with its hundreds of colorful hot air balloons. Hosted annually at Goodyear Ballpark April 30th - May 2nd, the Arizona Balloon Classic includes hot air balloon races and rides, a Family Fun Zone, live entertainment, food, and much more. The classic’s most popular event, Desert Glows, features a field full of illuminated, tethered hot air balloons that glow in time to music.

Flagstaff Extreme

Test your limits at Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course. At Arizona’s only extreme zip line course, visitors can spend the weekend immersed in the beauty of Flagstaff and create thrilling new memories while zip-lining through the trees. An outdoor experience, unlike any other, Flagstaff Extreme Adventure Course, provides participants a fun and safe opportunity to learn the ropes of zip lining alongside their family and friends.
