For the past 17 years Estrella has been home to resident and school principal, Sharon Marine, her husband and their three Yorkshire Terriers. Marine is the Estrella Mountain Elementary School Principal, whose vast experience in education includes 13 years of teaching. From teaching, Marine moved to the administrative side and became the assistant principal at Freedom Elementary before returning to Estrella as principal, a position she has now held for six years.
Offering nearly 30 resident-organized clubs, Estrella is always buzzing with a packed calendar of social and athletic activities, meetings and events. These groups offer something for everyone and are a chance to get to know neighbors and participate in a variety of fun activities.
