Newland Communities is proud to announce the addition of another reputable homebuilder to Estrella. Welcome Arizona-based Pinnacle West Homes as it breaks ground on its newest neighborhood, Cielo.

Newland Communities, as managing developer for Estrella, has spent the past three years carefully and thoughtfully planning our next community. It’s a multi-faceted process that requires every detail to be considered, right down to when and where the first shovel full of earth is moved and how these details impact those already living in this beautiful community.

Since its grand opening in 1988, Estrella has marked many milestones and we are excited to share the latest – recently, the Goodyear community closed on its 5,000th home!
This year’s national Earth Day campaign focuses on education and how increasing knowledge and awareness is a key factor in protecting the environment. Our very own City of Goodyear is a great supporter of conservation education and has several programs already in place to support Estrella residents in their efforts to be good stewards of our natural resources.
As the managing developer of Estrella, Newland Communities has had the honor of working with Estrella for more than 10 years, and we couldn’t be more excited for what the future holds. Our goal is to share with you a little about where we come from and where we hope to go together.

Before it was popular, Newland Communities was looking at ways to protect and restore the land we develop, preserving or improving areas of natural topography, and integrating them within the community plan. We take every measure we can to protect the rich history and traditions of the land, while providing healthy living opportunities for our homeowners.

2015 marks the 10 year anniversary of Newland Communities as the developer of Estrella. Since 2005, Estrella has grown with the help of some of the best homebuilders in the country as well as a dedicated and inspired group of homeowners.
