Chef Brian "Tiger" Contreras While in culinary school, Chef Tiger worked with Chef Jackson Lamb for the Taste of the NFL, Santa Barbara Catering Company, and for Chef Maryann Laser. Chef Terry Craig Terry Craig has been creating wonderful food all around the valley during his rewarding career developing countless concepts for restaurants chains and resort properties.
