New Models Open In Estrella

The Estrella community is ever growing and in keeping up with offering the most sought out features, the builders have designed new floor plans to meet the needs of nearly every perspective resident. To showcase some of the latest plans, new models have been constructed and are available to visit now in Estrella and more are coming soon.

William Ryan Homes celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and is pleased to offer a brand new model in Estrella’s Ironwood Pointe. The 2,456 square-foot Jasper Plan captures the essence of life in Estrella by incorporating the outdoor living spaces seamlessly into the indoor living spaces. The open great room’s entire back wall features floor to ceiling stacking glass doors that reveal the scenic view of the mountains. The luxurious master retreat boasts a bathroom worthy of any 5-star spa and has its own private patio. True to William Ryan’s “Customer Driven by Design” philosophy, this home is a split floor plan with ample-sized, flexible rooms that can accommodate almost any lifestyle.

Vitalia has added two new models to complement the original 14 at Estrella’s active adult community, CantaMia. The new floor plans are single family homes designed with the empty nester in mind. The 1,419 square-foot Aria is perfect for the seasonal homebuyer looking for a home that is easily maintained. The 2,600 square-foot Concerto is an entertainment home that includes a rear wall of retractable glass and a spacious front courtyard.  Models for the two new plans are currently under construction and will be available later this year.

CantaMia earned two prestigious awards this year from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The community was presented with the Top Award for “Best 'For Sale' Community Over 200 Homes” and the Silver Award for “Best Green Community.”

Taylor Morrison will be adding a new model to their La Mirada neighborhood in Estrella this coming Fall.  The new model is the single level Brentwood floor plan with 1,844 square-feet and will feature a front courtyard entry. A spacious open layout makes this home perfect for day-to-day living, family get-togethers and entertaining.  Taylor Morrison also will be introducing three new floor plans to La Mirada this fall ranging from 1,799 to 2,289 square-feet.  The new single story plans will feature spacious great room layouts, all of which will include 3-car tandem garages.

Joseph Carl Homes, Estrella’s newest builder, will be offering five floor plans within the neighborhood of Saronno. The models will range from approximately 1,500 square-feet to 2,650 square-feet and are slated to begin construction in the fall.
