Estrella recently hosted its first town meeting to inform residents of new and existing community projects and to answer community questions. This was the first of two town hall meetings this year to allow Estrella residents to interact with executives from Newland Communities, developers of Estrella. The next meeting will take place in the fall.
“Newland Communities is committed to keeping its residents informed and providing them with news about their community,” said Steve Pritulsky, senior vice president of operations for the Western Region of Estrella. “We are conducting these meetings for all Estrella home owners and hope each event will attract a larger crowd of residents, eager to get to know their neighbors and have their voice heard as we continue to develop Estrella into a thriving community.”
The meeting was held on March 27 at Estrella Foothills High School. Approximately 100 residents attended along with the Estrella community manager and board of directors. Newland Communities representatives discussed a variety of plans for Estrella including the new Mountain Ranch Marketplace and the development of Estrella’s newest community, Montecito.
Estrella’s marketing team also informed residents about enhancements to the Estrella Information Center, neighborhood network, LifeinEstrella.com and upcoming events. Lastly, representatives from the Capital Consultants Management Corporation discussed the functions of the Estrella Homeowners Association and answered questions from Estrella residents.
