The Player’s Grill & Patio, located in the Golf Club of Estrella, has recently expanded its menu. Every Friday night, several delicious specials are offered for the ultimate in freshness. Food & Beverage Manager Brad Groll and his culinary team have created a casual dining atmosphere on their patio with fire pits and lighted trees. Get there at sundown, and enjoy the awesome Arizona sunsets. However, the best view will be the one on your plate. Each Friday Brad and his team select new and exciting entrees that are sure to please and keep the menu ever-changing. Here’s just a sample: Try the Citrus & Herb Marinated Salmon topped w/ a Dill Beure Blanc grilled to perfection or sample Hand Breaded Chicken Cordon Bleu w/ a Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce. Better yet, taste the pan-seared Salmon Filet topped with Shrimp Supreme Sauce and Fire Grilled Carne Asada served with Corn Tortillas and Fresh Pico de Gallo. Desserts include Caramel Apple Blossom and Assorted Cheesecakes.
